Our 16Mo3 heat treatment pipeline steel has once again helped the construction of the China-Russia East Line Natural Gas Pipeline. During 2017 - 2018, the company successively supplied more than 10,000 tons of high-grade pipeline steel materials for the northern section of the Sino-Russian Eastern Gas Pipeline project, helping the northern section of the 16mo3 heat treatment project to be successfully completed. Now we reload the task and will provide API 5L X80 high-grade pipeline steel for the middle section of the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline project.

SKD5 use: commonly used die-casting die steel. SKD5 steel has low carbon content, high toughness and good thermal conductivity. At the same time, it contains more carbide forming elements chromium, tungsten, and vanadium. The phase transition temperature is increased, so that the steel has high high temperature strength, hardness and good thermal conductivity. Thermal fatigue resistance; hardening. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.

The company has new project in Peru. It is about more than 2000 tons 16mo3 heat treatment, LSAW steel pipes and large diameter pipe fittings, an repeat order for Peru Goverment. The fittings include Manhole, big Elbow, Bifurcation, etc. Since 2012 when we cooperated with the Peru Goverment to operate the hydropower project, they have repeat orders for us almost every year.
