When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials P265GH carbon steel. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

Steel plates for high-rise buildings have the properties of easy welding, earthquake resistance, and low-temperature impact resistance, and are mainly used in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, super-tall buildings, large-span stadiums, airports, exhibition centers, and steel structure workshops. Compared with ordinary Q235B / Q345B steel plates, these plates p265gh carbon steel for high-rise buildings have upper limits on yield strength and improved tensile strength, and have requirements for carbon equivalent and yield ratio indexes.

Forging method is to use forging hammer, precision forging machine, fast forging machine or hydraulic press to forge ingot into steel, billet or forging blank. Forging is the earliest p265gh carbon steel processing method. Forging is divided into free forging and model forging. Forging method can obtain the finished steel with better mechanical properties and shapes that are not easy or impossible to obtain p265gh carbon steel by rolling method.

In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, p265gh carbon steel I beam and other profile steel to local market.
