The visual inspection (VI) or visual detection method is to scan the surface of the steel plate through a machine vision system (CCD line camera), convert the captured target into an image signal, and send it to a dedicated image 16mo3 grade processing system, which converts it into a digital signal based on pixel distribution and brightness, color and other information. The system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the operation of the equipment on the spot according to the result of the discrimination. Visual detection method can achieve online high-speed detection for the 16mo3 grade steel plate.

Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged 16mo3 grade SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.
