Steel Q345R (HIC) is a Q345R pressure vessel plate with hydrogen induced cracking resistance test. Q345R(R-HIC) plate is based on Q345R (HIC) and SSCC test, namely sulfide stress corrosion test. The delivery status of Q345R (HIC) and Q345R Q345R(R-HIC) plate is normalizing, - 30 ℃ impact, level I flaw detection, process reference standard GB713-2014. 16mo3 grade, Q345R (HIC) and Q345R (R-HIC) plates are smelted by electric furnace + refining outside the furnace. The smelting process is Ca-treated, and should be intrinsically fine-grained steel. The actual grain size is 5 or above.

Q345R steel plate is a special pressure vessel steel with a yield strength of 340 Mpa. 16mo3 grade, Q345R pressure vessel steel has good comprehensive mechanical and technological properties. The content of phosphorus and sulfur of Q345R pressure vessel steel is slightly lower than that of Q345 (16Mn) steel, and the tensile strength and elongation requirements of Q345R pressure vessel steel are higher than those of Q345 (16Mn) steel, and the impact toughness of Q345R pressure vessel steel is also required. Q345R pressure vessel steel is the most widely used Chinese pressure vessel steel.

S355J2 steel plate rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the 16mo3 grade rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.As a basic building material, steel plates are currently widely used in automobiles, shipbuilding, chemical industry, aerospace and other fields. Reasonable selection of flaw detection methods to ensure the quality of 16mo3 grade steel plates is of great significance to safe production. Common defects of steel plates are folding, inclusion, shrinkage, air bubbles, delamination and cracks. These problems can be discovered in time through flaw detection.
