We received new order from Myanmar's Navy. It is about 16Mo3 steel alloy sheet AH36 marine grade steel plates, which will be used to build ships. This is the third time we supplied marine grade steel materials for Myanmar's Navy. Our steel pipes include four major types which are seamless pipe, ERW pipe, LSAW pipe, SSAW pipe, 16mo3 steel alloy sheet. Seamless pipe supply scope is OD 10.3mm--965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--60mm. The ERW pipes production range from OD 21.3mm--660mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--16mm. LSAW pipes can supply with OD 406mm--1524mm, wall thickness 6mm--50mm. SSAW pipes can produce maximum OD 3500mm, minimum OD 219.1mm, wall thickness 3.2--25.4mm.

Square hollow section S355J2H to Turkey. In January of 2015, our customer from Turkey chose us as their supplier of seamless RHS EN10219 S355J2H with a trail order of 120 tons. They required DNV test for the MTC and each tube. DNV inspector tested all the tubes and MTC. When our customer received the reports, they gave us a second order of 852.5 tons. Since then we maintain a long time cooperation relationship.

The chemical composition of 20CrMo steel pipe is 0.17-0.24, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 0.40-0.70, Cr: 0.80-1.10, Mo: 0.15-0.25. Mechanical properties of 20CrMo steel pipe: tensile strength 410 Mpa; yield strength: 265mpa; elongation after fracture: 24; reduction of area: 60; impact absorption energy: 110J. 20CrMo steel pipe belongs to alloy structure steel pipe, which has high thermal strength, good high-temperature strength, good machinability, medium cold bending plasticity, high hardenability and good welding performance at 500-520℃. 16mo3 steel alloy sheet, 20CrMo steel pipe is generally used in quenching and tempering state.

With the increase of temperature, the yield limit of 16mo3 steel alloy sheet will decrease monotonically, but the tensile strength of 16mo3 steel alloy sheet will rise to a high peak value at a certain temperature, and then decrease. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of 16mo3 steel alloy sheet. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the 16mo3 steel alloy sheet strength increases and the plasticity decreases. The elongation and section shrinkage of 16mo3 steel alloy sheet increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.
