During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials p265gh material. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

After heat treatment and cold drawing hardening, 65Mn steel has higher strength, certain toughness and plasticity; under the same surface state and complete hardening, the fatigue limit is equivalent to that of alloy springs. However, due to poor hardenability, it is mainly used for springs of p265gh material smaller sizes, such as pressure regulating springs, force measuring springs, round and square spiral springs on general machinery or drawn into steel wires as springs on small machinery.

p265gh material, 35CrMo alloy steel is Chinese structual steel. As specified in GBT3077 standard, 35CrMo steel chemical composition should be: Carbon content 0.32-0.40 (C), Silicon content 0.17-0.37 (Si), Manganese content 0.40-0.70 (Mn), Chrome content 0.80-1.10 (Cr), Molybdenum content 0.15-0.25 (Mo). The heating temperature for 35CrMo alloy steel quenching is 850 Centigrade, the cooling material is oil. The heating temperature for 35CrMo alloy steel tempering is 550 Centigrade, the cooling material is oil or water.

In year 2015, we supplied 950 tons S355J0 angle steel to Egypt government. We have cooperation with local government for more than 3 years. Every year, they would order more than 3000 tons of p265gh material steel from our company.
