SM490A steel plate is a low-alloy high-strength steel. It is a structural steel produced in accordance with Japanese standard JIS G3106. Its strength σb is 490MPa. It is mainly used for buildings, bridges, ships, rail vehicles, petroleum storage tanks, containers and other buildings that require advanced weldability. The thermal conductivity of NM360 wear-resistant plates is only 1/2 of that of carbon steel, p355gh sheet material, and even in the high temperature stage of 900-1000℃, the thermal conductivity is lower than that of carbon steel at the same temperature. Therefore, the heating rate of the NM360 wear-resistant plate, especially in the low temperature stage, should be lower than that of carbon steel to avoid excessively steep internal temperature gradients and cracks.

S355J2 steel plate p355gh sheet material rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the p355gh sheet material single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
